Multi-Max Suspension
There are four different Multi-Max suspensions based on our patented four axle independent suspension system. The Multi-Max suspension system can be broken down into three groups: The original 12 ton Multi-Max, the 16 ton Supermax, and two versions of the Mini-Max with 5 & 6 ton GVWR. There are many advantages of our Multi-Max independent suspensions including the easy do-it-yourself alignment system. This system allows easy alignment adjustment with only a few basic tools and can be performed on site without ever having to take the trailer in for maintenance. Another advantage of our patented Multi-Max suspension is the durability and strength of the axles themselves. Multi-Max axles are made of one piece solid steel bars with the spindles machined on each end rather than hollow tubes with the spindles welded on each end like other traditional axles. All versions of the Multi-Max suspensions come equipped with electric brake systems that can easily be adapted to any towing vehicle. The Multi-Max suspension also offers better performance in off road situations or uneven terrain due to the flexibility of the four axle independent suspension system, lower deck height, and wider mainframe. These features, along with many others, are what make the Multi-Max the suspension of choice.

The original 12 ton Multi-Max suspension system features four of our patented axles rated at 5000 lbs each with each axle containing a 3 inch-6 leaf spring system. Each axle comes standard with two solid steel 8-lug wheels with 800x14.5-14 ply tires to maximize safe load carrying capabilities. The tires have a single tire load capacity of 3,030lbs. The 12 ton Multi-Max suspension has several advantages over dual tandems, including, increased bearing capacity, lower deck height, lower center of gravity, wider mainframe, superior load stability, and a smoother ride.

The Supermax is the king of the Multi-Max suspension system line with a 16 ton GVWR featuring four of our patented 7000lbs. axles with a 3 inch - 7 leaf springs system. Each axle comes standard with two solid steel 8-lug wheels with 900x14.5-14 ply tires. The tires have a single load capacity of 3825lbs. This trailer is built to handle the toughest loads and the roughest terrain with the greatest of ease. As with all Multi-Max suspensions, the Supermax advantages include easy alignment, greater bearing capacity, stronger axles, wider mainframe, lower deck height, and superior load stability.

The Mini-Max suspension system is a versatile suspension with many unique features. The most prominent feature of the Mini-Max suspension system is the extremely low deck height of 27 inches while allowing for a full width (8ft) bed. Other similar trailers with the same carrying capacity and deck height only offer a 78-83 inch bed width between fenders. The Mini-Max suspension and full width bed provide unparalleled flexibility to haul different pieces of equipment that ordinarily will not fit on trailers with fenders. As with all Multi-Max suspensions, the Mini-Max retains the lower deck height, lower center of gravity, increased load stability, wider mainframe, and smoother ride. There are 2 versions of the Mini-Max suspension, a 5 and 6 ton version. The 5 ton version has four of our patented 2500lbs. axles and the 6 ton has four of our patented 3000lbs. axles. Both Mini-Max versions come standard with solid steel 5-1ug wheels with 145-R12 radial tires. The tires have a single tire load capacity rating of 1520lbs. each.

The Multi-Max suspension systems are available in many configurations such as: Tilt, Dovetail, Flatbed, Pintle Hitch, Gooseneck, and Drop Deck.
